SUPERVISION AND CONSULTATION

I have extensive supervisory experience and offer clinical supervision in both individual and group formats to other Psychologists and Psychotherapists, Coaches, and Professionals whose role includes supporting and/or managing others.

I am passionate about supporting professionals in developing their clinical skills and in particular, their understanding and application of relational processes. Supervision sessions aim to offer support and containment, with a focus on process issues, encouraging analytic thinking and self-reflection. Over time, it is hoped they engender a sense of growth, both personally and professionally. Other areas of expertise include, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Single or multiple session consultations are also available. These can help individuals enhance their understanding of difficult relational dynamics within their work in more specific situations, or help teams and organisations develop an understanding of systemic dynamics.

All sessions are available face to face or online.

ORGANISATIONAL WELLBEING

At an organisational level:

Collaborating with you to understand the needs and challenges of your organisation before drawing upon psychological principles to develop and deliver sustainable interventions that result in a thriving and productive workforce, with compassionate and connected leaders. Supporting management of change processes and helping businesses maintain optimum staff functioning throughout.

Facilitating reflective practice if indicated, to provide a structure for ongoing support and maintenance of staff wellbeing.

At an individual level:

Executive coaching can help teams and individuals to overcome barriers to workplace wellbeing, achieve goals, and boost performance. Coaching using Cognitive Analytic principles can help you understand situations and systems more clearly, and enable you to take steps in order that you can manage work more effectively.
