We are on a mission to improve wellbeing at work, promote compassionate and effective leadership, and to support individuals and organisations to develop astute and reflective understandings of their working patterns and relationships. Using evidence based psychological interventions, we can help business leaders elevate their knowledge of systems and team functioning, and support staff wellbeing. We can help individuals address work related stress, and improve their working relationships, both with themselves and others.

WellbeingWorks has a particular passion for supporting ‘people professionals’ in maximising their effectiveness and learning to look after themselves well. We offer training, supervision and psychotherapy to other Psychologists and therapists, Coaches, HR advisors, and those working in leadership.

‘HQ’ is based in North Wales, where face to face working can be facilitated, but more regularly work happens online, across the UK, and even internationally!
